Welcome to EZE LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services — including lead generation, appointment setting, and business support — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

• Lead generation & appointment setting

Services may evolve, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration & Usage

Users must provide accurate information during sign-up. Account access and credentials are your responsibility. Misuse or unauthorized access may lead to suspension or termination. Compliance with all laws, especially around communication and data, is required.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

Payments are handled via Stripe and follow agreed-upon terms. All service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Late payments may lead to penalties or paused service. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction fees.

5. Service Restrictions & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Spam or harass others
• Violate privacy or communication laws
• Reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with our systems

Misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All content, tools, and scripts created by EZE LLC remain our property unless stated otherwise. Clients retain ownership of their own data, but grant us the right to use it for service delivery.

7. Third-Party Integrations

We use third-party services (e.g., Stripe, CRMs). We are not responsible for their outages, data breaches, or failures. Use of these services is at your discretion and subject to their own terms.

8. Cancellation, Refunds & Termination

Clients can cancel service based on the terms in their contract. Refunds are rarely granted and subject to our policy. If you violate these terms or fail to pay, your service may be terminated. Outstanding balances must still be paid.

9. Limitation of Liability

EZE LLC is not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid in the past 60 days. Results from lead generation or cold calling are not guaranteed.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes will first be handled informally. If unresolved, arbitration will take place in Missouri. These Terms follow Missouri law, and users waive participation in class-action lawsuits.

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat your data with care and maintain confidentiality. While we use strong security practices, no system is immune. You are also responsible for complying with data laws applicable to your region.

12. Non-Solicitation & Non-Competition

Clients may not directly hire or solicit EZE LLC’s team members during or after engagement. You also may not reuse our systems, scripts, or proprietary methods without written permission.

13. Modifications & Updates

These Terms may change. We’ll notify you via email or post an update on our site. Continued use of services means you agree to any updates. Please check this section periodically.
